As a Club Admin how do I setup runs on behalf of run leaders?

As a Club Admin to add hosted runs for a run leader in the app please follow the steps below:

For a New Run

  • Follow the usual steps to host a run.
  • On the Joined Run page you are now presented with a 'edit run as a club admin' link. Select the link
  • The popup will display 'Club Admin Area' - select this link
  • You can now add members to this run, make a member a host or remove them from the run.

For a Run that has already been created:

  • Select profile in the Navigation bar at the bottom of the app
  • Scroll down to 'manage running club'
  • Select your club / group you wish to manage
  • Select either the calendar or organised runs
  • Search for the run you wish to edit
  • On the Joined Run page you are now presented with a 'edit run as a club admin' link. Select the link
  • The popup will display 'Club Admin Area' - select this link
  • You can now add members to this run, make a member a host or remove them from the run.
