As a Club Admin to add a club member to a run who do not have access to a phone or the app please follow the steps below:
- Select profile in the Navigation bar at the bottom of the app
- Scroll down to 'manage running club'
- Select your club / group you wish to manage
- Select either the calendar or organised runs
- Search for the run you wish to edit
- On the Joined Run page you are now presented with a 'edit run as a club admin' link. Select the link
- The popup will display 'Club Admin Area' - select this link
- Select 'create new member'
- Enter the details
- You can now add this member to the run
To Access and update the member:
- Select profile in the Navigation bar at the bottom of the app
- Scroll down to 'manage running club'
- Select 'club members'
- Select the new user created
- Update their profile details
